KidsBehaviour was formed to offer a unique reference point on understanding children and dealing with behavioural problems.
Children change and develop at an astonishing rate; each age and stage of development brings its own problems, issues and concerns. With so much conflicting advice available about how to raise children, it’s no wonder that we find it very difficult to know exactly what to do, and whether we are doing the right thing. Behavioural issues are one area of concern for most parents, and at one time or another we will all come up against problems that we struggle to understand and deal with.
Bedtimes, mealtimes, going to nursery or school, growing up, peer pressure, exam stress and friendship issues can all impact on a child’s behaviour, along with changes at home and within the family such as moving house and parents splitting up. It is important for parents to be able to recognise why their child’s behaviour has changed, and what they can do to manage this change.
We hope that this website will offer advice, help and support to any parents who need guidance when dealing with their child’s behaviour. It is written by parenting experts who have direct experience of children’s behaviour, and who acknowledge that every child is different and requires different help and support as they grow up
